Within the Urban Adaptation Unit, a pleasant and educational visit to the Yıldız Palace Museum was carried out on August 20, 2026, with the participation of 23 children aged 10–14. Gathering before the trip, the children enjoyed a preparatory chat accompanied by refreshments, examining palace brochures and receiving age-appropriate prior information about the historic structures.

During the palace tour organized under the guidance of expert staff, the children had the opportunity to closely examine the deep-rooted history, architectural texture, gardens, and period artifacts of Yıldız Palace. Asking questions about the details that sparked their curiosity, sharing their personal impressions, and actively participating in the process, the children discovered our cultural heritage on-site.

In a brief evaluation session held after the visit, conversations were held regarding the new information the children acquired and the elements that caught their attention; afterwards, all participants were safely returned to their units. We continue our activities aimed at increasing awareness of historical and cultural heritage, as well as supporting children's observation, discovery, and social interaction skills.
