Announced by the United Nations General Assembly in 1992, International Day of Disabled Persons aims to encourage rights and prosperity of disabled persons in every field of the society and raise awareness for disabled persons in every aspects of political, social, economic and cultural life.
On this significant day, 20 students who are given education in Bağcılar Palace of Disabled People visited Fenerbahçe Şükrü Saraçoğlu Sports Complex with the guidance of Bağcılar Municipality.
Counselees of Bağcılar Social Protection Desk and our psychologists and interpreters also participated in the event.
Exploring Fenerbahçe Sports Club Museum, which has overtones from cups to medals of the past and present times, sporty visitors were informed about football coaches and football players who played in Fenerbahçe and had important positions and visited the cinema room where original photographs of historical football matches are kept and special sections and previous football matches are screened in.
