PLANETARIUM EVENT IN COOPERATION WITH WALD – IOM

In cooperation with the International Organization for Migration (IOM), an event on 19 November 2021 at the Planetarium and Thematic exhibition area in Necmettin Erbakan Science and Culture Center as part of the "20 November World Children's Rights Day". 

In the event, where their parents were not present, the children were allowed to evaluate themselves as individuals by making a positive contribution to their self-confidence. In the planetarium, the children were informed about astronomy by the trainer and a mini animation about celestial bodies was watched. In the continuation of the event, the thematic exhibition area was visited, allowing children to experience practically the knowledge they learned in the school environment. At the end of the day where they had different experiences, the children expressed their happiness and expressed that they wanted such educational programs to be repeated.
