I am Child: I Know My Rights

The event titled “I Learn About Children's Rights” was held on 11 May 2021. The event was jointly moderated by Derya Hilal Kurt, WALD Lawyer; and İlayda Sanağ, WALD Team Leader. A total number of 20 refugee children (speaking and understanding Turkish) between 9-13 participated in the online event. The program took place through a puzzle consisting of 7 questions connected to each other with common letters and can be answered by writing a letter in each box. With the exercise, the participating children placed various letters in the boxes in line with the clues in the correct answers they gave and guessed what the right was by using these letters.
